Ampersand is a non-dilutive startup accelerator based in Singapore. We help early-stage companies unleash the power of design to build sustainable business foundations to help you win and scale globally.

The program consists of online learning, weekly workshops, and a 5-day Boot Camp. Mentors will share their experiences and help you move ahead.

Program Lead

Kae Fong has over 15 years of experience in management and brand consulting. He is also an entrepreneur and co-founded a bioinstrumentation, mobile app, and cleantech startup. Having spent time in Silicon Valley, Kae Fong is a believer of how entrepreneurs and disruptive solutions will improve the way we live and save the planet.

KWOK WAI LOY
Teaching Team

Wai Loy is a veteran educator with more than 15 years of experience teaching management, leadership, and communications in tertiary institutions including NUS, Ngee Ann Poly, Singapore Poly, and SMU. Before her academic career, she held general management and learning & development roles in Canada.

KAY ALCANTRA
Teaching Team

Kay is a supply chain expert, and was Chief Strategy Officer of LBC, the biggest logistics company in the Philippines. She subsequently headed their spin-off that focuses on eCommerce logistics, QuadX, giving her unique perspectives from both strategizing for a large corporation and getting a startup off the ground.
